THE HOUSE RULES OF OUR HOLIDAY HOME IN FRIESLAND
We only accept reservations of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 30 nights.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Both dogs and cats have caused damage to the woodwork in the past, so we are now very strict.
Parties are not allowed. A dinner is fine of course. But having a party in our house is not allowed. We respect our old house and we hope our tenants do too.
Rentals to young people under 20 are only permitted if one of the tenants is at least 25 years old and is present during the entire rental period.
Smoking is absolutely not allowed in our house. Smoking in the garden is of course no problem, as long as we don't find butts in the garden.
Charging your electric car via our socket is not permitted. The nearest charging station is at Dekemawei 9 in Baard. 5 minutes drive from Húns. If you wish, we can already place one of our bicycles there for you. You then cycle back to our house in 8 minutes.
THE RATES OF YOUR HOLIDAY HOME IN FRIESLAND
Whether you come alone or with a group of four; the price for an overnight stay is always the same:
May 2024 - August 2024: €155
September 2024: €125
October 2024 - March 2025: €100
Christmas holidays 2024: €155
April 2025: €125
May 2025 - August 2025: €160
September 2025: €125
October 2025 - March 2026: €100
Christmas holidays 2026: €160
April 2026: €125
If there are five or six of you staying, there will be an additional charge of €15 per person.
We charge €75 for cleaning costs and ask for a deposit of €100.

PARKING
There is room to park two cars right in front of the holiday home in Friesland. Due to the risk of bird droppings, we prefer to park our cars somewhere else ;-) In the parking lot next to the village cafe. That is located to the left of the church. From that parking spot it is less than a minute's walk to our summer house.
It is not allowed to charge your electric car via our socket. The nearest charging station is located at Dekemawei 9 in Baard, just a 5-minute drive from Húns. If you want, we can prepare one of our bicycles there for you. You will then be back at our home within 8 minutes.
